Bringing the spirit of a Parisian salon to Prior Lake
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 10 with a simple belief: coffee should be a slow, beautiful ritual, not a rushed transaction. Inspired by the romantic, lingering afternoons of Parisian boutiques and cafes, we set out to create a warm community space right here on the lakeside.
Every morning, our baristas dial in espresso sourced from local Minnesota roasters who share our obsession with origin and quality. Our signature cold brew is steeped patiently for twenty-four hours, yielding a remarkably smooth cup that we pair with freshly laminated French pastries baked at dawn.
